제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 LS전선㈜(이하 ‘회사'라 합니다.)이 운영하는 인터넷 웹사이트 https://openlabs.lscns.com (이하 ‘OpenLabs’라 합니다)에서 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스 (이하 "서비스"라 합니다)를 이용함에 있어 회사와 이용 고객간에 회사가 제공하는 모든 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정하는데 목적이 있습니다.
제2조 (정의)
1. OpenLabs란 회사에서 시스템에 과제를 공고하고, 이용자에게 과제를 접수하는 서비스를 제공하는 시스템이다.
2. "이용자"란 OpenLabs에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 회원을 말합니다.
3. "회원"이라 함은 OpenLabs에 개인정보를 제공하여 회원 등록을 한자로서, 회사가 OpenLabs를 통하여 지속적으로 제공하는 정보 및 서비스를 계속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자를 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 명시와 개정)
1. 회사는 이 약관의 내용과 상호, 연락처 (전자우편주소, 전화번호, 팩스번호 등) 등을 이용자가 알 수 있도록 OpenLabs의 초기 서비스 화면 (전면)에 게시합니다.
2. 회사는 약관의 규제 등에 관한 법률, 정보통신망 이용 촉진 등에 관한 법률 등 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위 내에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
3. 약관을 개정할 경우에는 개정 사유 및 적용 일자를 명시하여 현행 약관과 함께 OpenLabs 의 초기 화면에 그 적용일자 7일 이전부터 적용일자 전일까지 공지합니다.
4. 개정 약관은 그 적용일자 전에 체결된 계약에 대해서도 적용 됩니다. 다만 개정 약관의 적용을 거절하는 뜻을 회사에 명시적으로 통지한 이용자에 대해서는 개정 전의 약관 조항이 적용됩니다.
5. 이 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항과 이 약관의 해석에 관하여는 전자거래 소비자 보호지침 및 관계법령 또는 상관례에 따릅니다.
제4조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

제5조 (서비스의 중단)
1. 회사는 정보 통신 설비의 점검, 보수, 교체 등의 경우에 OpenLabs의 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (회원 가입)
1. 이용자는 OpenLabs에 정해진 가입 양식에 따라 회원 정보를 기입한 후 이 약관에 동의한다는 의사 표시를 하는 방법으로 회원 가입을 신청 합니다.
2. 회사는 제1항과 같이 회원으로 가입할 것을 신청한 이용자중 다음 각 호에 해당되지 않는 한 회원으로 등록 합니다.
① 가입 신청자가 이 약관 제 7조 제 4항에 의하여 회원 자격을 상실한 적이 있는 경우. 다만 제 7조 4항에 의한 회원 자격 상실 후 3년이 경과한 자로서 회사의 회원 재가입 승낙을 얻은 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
② 등록 내용에 허위, 기재 누락, 오기가 있는 경우
③ 기타 회원으로 등록하는 것이 회사의 기술상 현저히 지장이 있다고 판단되는 경우
3. 회원 가입 계약의 성립 시기는 회사의 승락이 회원에게 도달한 시점으로 합니다.
제7조(회원탈퇴 및 자격상실 등)
1. 회원은 OpenLabs에 언제든지 탈퇴신청을 할 수 있으며, 이 경우 회사는 즉시 회원탈퇴를 처리합니다.
2. 회원이 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 경우 회사는 서비스 이용을 제한 또는 정지시킬 수 있습니다.
① 가입 신청 시 허위 내용을 기재한 경우
② 타인의 OpenLabs 이용을 방해하거나 타인의 개인정보를 도용하는 등 전자 상거래질서를 침해 위협하는 경우
③ 하나의 E-Mail에 대해 로그인 계정으로 인정되며, 타인의 E-Mail을 도용하여 아이디를 생성해 거래를 하였을경우 (비록 타인의 동의를 얻은 경우라 하더라도)
3. 회사가 서비스 이용을 제한 정지하고자 할 때에는 미리 그 사유, 일시, 기간을 전자우편, 전화, 서면 등으로 당해 이용자에게 통지합니다. 다만 긴급을 요할 경우에는 조치 후에 통지할 수 있습니다.
4. 회사가 서비스 이용을 제한 정지 시킨 후 그 제재사유가 된 행위가 2회 이상 반복되거나 30일 이내에 그 사유가 시정되지 아니하는 경우 회사는 회원 자격을 박탈할 수 있습니다.
5. 회사가 회원자격을 박탈하는 경우에는 회원등록을 말소하며, 이 경우 말소 전에 회원에게 이를 통지합니다.
6. 서비스이용의 제한정지, 회원자격의 박탈로 인한 손해에 대해서 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제8조(회원에 대한 통지)
1. 회사가 회원에 대한 통지를 하는 경우 회원이 제출한 전자우편주소로 할 수 있습니다.
2. 회사는 불특정 다수의 회원에게 통지하는 경우, 1주일 이상 OpenLabs에 공시함으로써 개별 통지에 갈음할 수 있습니다.
제9조(개인정보보호)
1. 회사는 이용자의 정보수집 시 '인종 및 민족', '출신 및 본적지' 등 기본적 인권을 침해할 우려가 있는 민감한 개인정보의 수집을 엄격히 제한하고 있으며 필요한 최소한의 정보를 수집하되, 다음 사항을 필수사항으로 하고, 그 외 사항은 선택사항으로 합니다.
① 성명
② 소속
③ 전화번호
④ 이메일
⑤ 비밀번호
2. 회사는 이용자의 개인 식별이 가능한 개인정보를 수집하는 때에는 반드시 당해 이용자의 동의를 받습니다. 다만 다음 각호의 ①에 해당하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.
① 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우
② 서비스 이용계약의 이행을 위하여 필요한 경우
3. 제공된 개인정보는 당해 이용자의 동의 없이 목적 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없으며, 그로 인한 손해에 대해서는 회사가 책임집니다. 다만 다음 각호의 ①에 해당하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.
① 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우
4. 이용자는 언제든지 회사가 가지고 있는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람 및 오류 정정을 요구할 수 있습니다. 이에 대해 회사는 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 취할 의무를 지며, 이용자가 오류의 정정을 요구한 경우에 회사는 그 오류를 정정할 때까지 당해 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다.
5. 회사는 이용자로부터 제공 받은 개인정보의 수집목적을 달성한 때에는 당해 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기 합니다.
제10조(회사의 의무)
1. 회사는 법령과 이 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며 이 약관이 정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고 안정적인 서비스 제공에 노력합니다.
2. 회사는 이용자가 안전하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 이용자의 개인정보(신용정보 포함)보호를 위한 보안 시스템을 갖추겠습니다.
3. 회사는 이용자가 원하지 않는 영리 목적의 광고성 전자우편을 발송하지 않습니다.
제11조 (회원의 ID 및 비밀번호에 대한 의무)
1. 회원은 제3자에게 자신의 E-Mail 및 비밀번호를 이용하게 해서는 안됩니다.
2. 회원이 자신의 E-Mail과 비밀번호를 도용 당하거나 제3자가 사용하고 있음을 인지한 경우에는 즉시 회사에 통보하여 그 안내에 따라야 합니다.
제12조(이용자의 의무)
이용자는 이 약관 및 관계 법령을 준수하여야 하며, 다음 행위를 하여서는 안됩니다.
① 신청 또는 변경 시 허위 내용의 등록
② OpenLabs에 게시된 정보의 변경
③ 회사가 정한 정보 이외의 정보(컴퓨터 프로그램 등)의 송신 또는 게시
④ 회사 기타 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권에 대한 침해
⑤ 회사 기타 제3자의 명예를 손상시키거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
제13조(저작권의 귀속 및 이용제한)
1. 회사가 작성한 저작물에 대한 저작권 기타 지적재산권은 회사에 귀속합니다.
2. 이용자는 OpenLabs를 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 회사의 사전 승낙 없이 복제, 송신, 출판, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 영리 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자로 하여금 이용하게 해서는 안됩니다.
부 칙
제1조(약관의 효력)
이 약관은 2023년 2월 1일부터 시행합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are LS Cable & System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "company").) The purpose of using the Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Internet website https://openlabs.lscns.com (hereinafter referred to as "OpenLabs") is to prescribe basic matters concerning the terms and procedures of all services provided by the Company and its customers.
Article 2 (Definition)
1. OpenLabs is a system that provides a service in which a company announces a task to a system and receives a task to a user.
2. "User" means a member who accesses OpenLabs and receives services provided by the Company under these terms and conditions.
3. The term "member" means a person who provides personal information to OpenLabs to register as a member, and who can continuously use the information and services provided by the company through OpenLabs.
Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
1. The company will post the contents, trade name, and contact information (e-mail address, phone number, fax number, etc.) of these terms and conditions on the OpenLabs' initial service screen (front).
2. The company may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws, such as the Act on Regulation, etc. of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use, etc.
3. In the case of revising the terms and conditions, the reason for the revision and the date of application shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of OpenLabs from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date.
4. The revised terms and conditions also apply to contracts concluded before the application date. However, the terms and conditions before the amendment apply to users who have explicitly notified the company of their refusal to apply the revised terms and conditions.
5. Matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Electronic Transaction Consumer Protection Guidelines and related laws or commercial regulations.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

1. The company may temporarily suspend OpenLabs' service delivery in the event of inspection, maintenance, or replacement of information and communication facilities.
Article 6 (Membership)
1. Users apply for membership by filling in their membership information according to the subscription form set forth in OpenLabs and expressing their consent to these terms and conditions.
2. The company shall register as a member unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs among the users who have applied for membership as in paragraph (1):
① Case where the applicant for membership has lost his membership pursuant to Article 7 (4) of these Terms and Conditions. However, this shall not apply if three years have passed since the loss of membership pursuant to Article 7 (4), and the consent of the company to rejoin the membership is obtained.
② If there is a false, omission, or error in the registration content
③ If it is deemed that registering as a member is significantly hindered by the company's technology,
3. The time when the membership contract is established is the time when the company's
Article 7 (Membership withdrawal and loss of qualification, etc.)
1. Members can apply for withdrawal from OpenLabs at any time, and in this case, the company will immediately process withdrawal.
2. If a member falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the company may restrict or suspend the use of the service.
① If false information is written when applying for membership
② If it threatens to infringe on the e-commerce order, such as interfering with others' use of OpenLabs or stealing others' personal information,
③ It is recognized as a login account for one e-mail, and if an ID is generated by stealing another person's e-mail and making a transaction (even if the other person's consent is obtained),
3. When the company intends to suspend the use of the service, it shall notify the relevant user of the reason, date, and period by e-mail, phone, or letter in advance. However, if an emergency is required, it can be notified after the action.
4. After the company suspends the use of the service, if the act that became the reason for the sanction is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the company may revoke its membership.
5. If the company deprives the membership, the membership registration shall be canceled, and in this case, the members shall be notified before the cancellation.
6. The company is not responsible for damages caused by suspension of service use restrictions and deprivation of membership.
Article 8 (Notice to Members)
1. If the company notifies a member, it can be the e-mail address submitted by the member.
2. If the company notifies an unspecified number of members, it can replace individual notifications by posting them to OpenLabs for more than a week.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection)
1. The company strictly restricts the collection of sensitive personal information that may infringe on basic human rights such as "race and ethnicity" and "origin and hometown" when collecting user information, and collects the minimum necessary information, but makes the following essential, and other optional.

2. The company must obtain the consent of the user when collecting personal information that can be personally identified by the user. However, this is not the case if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs 에.

Article 10 (Company's Obligations)
1. The Company shall endeavor to provide continuous and stable services as prescribed by these Terms and Conditions, not to do anything prohibited or contrary to public order.

Article 11 (Obligation for Member ID and Password)

Article 12 (User's Obligation)
The user shall comply with these terms and conditions and relevant laws and regulations and shall not do the following:

④ Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the company and other third parties
⑤ Acts that damage the reputation of the company and other third parties or interfere with the work
Article 13 (Restriction on attribution and use of copyright)
1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights of works written by the company belong to the company.
2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or allow third parties to use the information obtained through OpenLabs for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the company.
